During this period together we will deal with the process of a physiological birth and the important aspects of the postnatal time.

It is particularly important to me to focus on the physical and, above all, psychological strength of your body, so that you can discover and strengthen your personal birthing power. For this reason I also offer space for breathing exercises and trying out possibilities of movement during labour and birth.

There is also information and tips regarding breastfeeding, role of the man, baby care, types of labor and much more. Furthermore, there is of course space for your and your partner’s questions.

Exercise during pregnancy improves and maintains the general constitution of the pregnant lady and also promotes childbirth and recovery after the birth. The role of the pelvic floor is very important.

With postnatal gymnastic you can first of all get your pelvic floor really firm and stable again and then you can bring your whole body back into the old or better shape.
