You hereby agree that your personal data may be processed and stored by me. According to Art. 13-15 GDPR, I am obliged to provide an overview of the information specified in the directory of procedures as well as authorized persons. Information about the stored personal data can be provided at any time upon request.

– Revocation of consent to data processing –

This consent can be revoked at any time with the midwife Cecilia Gori. The revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out up to then.

– Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority –

In the event of data protection violations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority. The Austrian data protection authority is the competent supervisory authority for data protection issues.
